This aspect of the Academy picks up where the summer camp leaves off for the most enthusiastic 7th - 12th graders. It is a combination of 4 different ensembles that use their time after to school to rehearse, learn about music, and have great fun in a safe environment. The 4 ensembles are the Stax Music Academy Rhythm Section, StreetCorner Harmonies, The Soulsville Swing Band, and the Premier Percussionists. They perform at various venues throughout the year, so go check ‘em out!
